jitsi – Jitsi is an audio/video and chat communicator that supports protocols such as SIP, XMPP/Jabber, AIM/ICQ, IRC, Yahoo! and many other useful features.
This looks promising! It allowed me to create a conference/chat room on my company’s Jabber server.
